Subway — Restaurant in Kelowna

I stopped in to this Subway on my way home to try the viral footlong nachos. The nachos had great value for what they were and they satisfied my craving for nachos while likely saving me 1000's of calories compared to if I would have made some at home.

However, it was the outstanding service that I received to where I would go back again just to support a business in my local community and to support the employees that work there.

I want to give a shoutout to your team Raman, Khushmeet, and Jagmeet. I was greeted by Khushmeet and he took a genuine interest in me and how my day was going and he also went out of his way to let me know if I needed anything else as I was eating inside. Jagmeet, made my nachos - she was efficient and she was enjoyable to chat with especially since she was witty and funny. Raman, was on break eating but she still engaged with me to ask me how my day was going and after chatting with her some, I found out that she is highly motivated and even has a degree in Global Asset Management so she's a smart cookie as well!

Our family loves to eat at Subway, but will no longer be going to this location. On more than one occasion, staff had their personal jewellery touching our food. As a staff member was making our subs, I noticed that her many bracelets (at least 10 bracelets on each arm) kept touching the food. I asked her to please make sure she didn't get her bracelets in our food, and another male employee stepped in to make it instead. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so tried eating there again a few months later. It was a different employee, but same situation with bracelets touching the sandwiches while they made them. In this day and age with Covid, employees should be going above and beyond to keep their personal jewellery out of the food they are preparing. From now on, we will drive to a further location with better food...

Worst place that I ever have to go to. I love subway, but not when the customer service from a certain guy is horrible. He was nice at first, but ever since, he has been the worst. He is ignorant, and rude. I can not eat lettuce or spinach, so I get all other veggies. I order a bowl one day, and he goes to put lettuce in. I say no lettuce. Then he goes to put spinach in. I say no spinach. He gets rude, and says it is recommended. I say that I can not eat it. Then he rudely puts whatever other veggies that I ask for. If it wasn't for the nice ladies that work there, I wouldn't step...
