Triple O's — Restaurant in Kelowna

Feel as if this place needs to be run by people that actually care and know what they are doing. Went in tonight with my mom, upon walking in it feeling very unwelcome. The cashier, who appeared to be like 15, was beyond rude and gave us dirty looks, a long with the other girls that were working, glaring and overall making it an uncomfortable experience. So, we choose a table.. probably 3 minutes pass before the food comes out, which lead me to assume the fries were just reheated. The fries were okay, too salty, and not that hot. My mom's burger had BARELY any sauce on it, and mine, jesus christ, it looked like the chef beat his fist into it. It was sloppy, had NO taste, no seasonings, barely any sauce, overall, one of the most bland, unsatisfying meals I've eaten. Also, as the cashier brought us our food, my mom stated 'thank you! I would of came and grabbed it!' to which the girl laughed and gave us an odd look. My mom proceeded to ask for more sauce, I was so frustrated and bummed out by the experience that I didnt even finish the burger, I walked over to the garbage bin and threw it right in. They didnt even say have a good night, nothing. Shitties customer service. Maybe dont have a group of immature teenagers working together, it's not professional....

It was ok at best. The front counter staff were friendly and helpful. Our burgers were a disaster. The cook had a bad day. We ordered Bacon Cheese burgers. My burger ingredients were all over the place. We ate in the restaurant. (Meals come in bags for Covid safety.) We partially unwrapped our burgers to eat them and everything was a mess. Mayonnaise oozing out over the inside of the wrapper, one piece of bacon. It looked like the burger had been assembled blind folded, then the wrapper hastily folded to hide it. Impossible to eat without having ingredients falling out or running down our hands. The last couple of bites were a slimy mess. I needed 3 napkins to wipe up. The burger did not have much flavor. A real disappointment. Not the usual Triple O's Bacon Cheese Burger. It was mid afternoon. They weren't busy. One other couple in the restaurant. Maybe 2 or 3 vehicles went through the drive thru. We have had excellent Bacon Cheese burgers from this location before. That is why we made a special trip to this location. Liked the service. Liked the fries. Did not like the burger. Can get a better burger for the same...

Absolutely brilliant staff. A local shop was hosting a car show and the McCurdy plaza became the overflow parking. A large portion of the people in attendance, myself included, flooded the restaurant and the staff handled it with ease. It was pretty busy when I was in there and even so the food came out relatively quickly and I could see the drive thru flowing at a normal pace. There wasn't a single complaint or groan from anyone and they worked together as a seamless team to get everyone their food still piping hot. When I let them know they were out of straws they were topped up within the next 30 seconds. Briefly chatted with one young gentleman as he was making milkshakes and he mentioned he was supposed to be off and home by then but stayed to help out with the rush. Huge thanks to him. I didn't catch his name, but I hope he is able to get some extra praise along with everyone else. Keep up...
