Been a customer at this A/W for a long time......By the looks of things NEW MANAGEMENT &&& IT SHOWS !!! GOOD SERVICE PERIOD, and if order is not up to par OSMAN && RAMAN WILL** see to it that you are satisfied !!! ... KUDOS ro MANPREET, one word Best Describes- DEDICATED EMPLOYEE, loves his job period !! , loves making his customers ...H A P P Y ! ........On a NEGATIVE NOTE : When previous MANAGER/SHERRY was there ALL coupons and I mean ALLLLL COUPONS WERE excepted regardless of expiry year, fast forward to PRESENT DAY.....DEPENDS ON WHO IS BEHIND THE COUNTER.....EXPIRED COUPONS ARE NOT TO BE FOUND IN/ON THEIR CASH SCREEN, THEY ARE ENTERED SEPARATE.....HAVE TO PRESS THE MATTER, UNTIL SATISFIED....This particular A.W is RURAL and when the nearby school is out for Holidays, reducing the cash flow, THUS the PATRONS WHO COME IN THE DOOR..HAVE ADDRESSED THIS* TO HEAD OFFICE AND THE RESPONSE WAS.....SORRY I HAD NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE PERIOD !!..I expected the response to say WILL INFORM ALL STAFF AT THAT LOCATION, BUT...

Quite disappointed in this A&w. We came here to grab a quick bite of food and they were out of almost everything that we asked for. The service was incredibly slow and the two teenagers behind the counter barely seemed to know what they were doing. We asked for a wrap they didn't have tortillas, we asked for onion rings they didn't have onion rings, we asked for a chubby chicken burger they didn't have chubby chicken burger buns, we asked for chicken tenders they said that they weren't going to make any because it was too much work. Like what??? And then to make it was the drinks that we ordered stood behind the counter for legitimately 15 to 20 minutes while we waited for our food. they finally gave us our food, and we asked for our drinks and she accused us of taking them and asking for free ones. We pointed behind her and she's like "oh okay no problem". Very quick to accuse people even though you're at fault, I see. Definitely will not be going back. the manager should be hiring more...

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast-food restaurants, but they specifically asked us to leave a review, so here it is. The line-up was long and only one lady was working the counter for a while. Finally help came, but the line-up was the only problem they solved. Someone told them the bathroom was out of toilet paper, but that was never addressed. When my daughter needed a bathroom with toilet paper, they had her use some other one where she had to maneuver around lots of supplies. When our order was delivered, all the different burgers looked the same but there was no way to tell them apart. The burger bags have a place to indicate what kind of burger it is, but none of those had been used. By the time I managed to call an employee over to our table to tell us which burgers were which, we discovered someone in our group was eating mine. I didn’t enjoy there’s. There were lots of other issues, but I’ll stop here. This is why I normally don’t leave reviews for fast-food...
