Went here with my boyfriend on a rare kid free night after hearing and seeing so many great things. Didn’t seem overall busy and only had to wait a few minutes for a seat. We were seated in the back and it took a bit for someone to come ask about drinks. We ordered and food didn’t take too long to get to us. My meal was great honestly but my boyfriends was not. He ordered ribs and they were ICE cold. Seriously felt like they had just come out of the cooler. Server did not come to check on us at all until about 20/30 mins after we got our food. No quality check or asking about refils on our drinks etc. At this point I was done and my boyfriend lost his appetite. The young girl ( I think just a host) said she had to go talk to her manager after we told her about what happened. Over 5 minutes later she comes back to take my boyfriends plate and says the chef will make you a new one right away. We tell her no thanks. We are done and want to go and to just take it off the bill, and she says she will bring the bill right back. Waiting another almost 10 minutes and no bill, we decided to get up and find and bathroom and we will just find the bill on the way out.
