Agassiz Pizza — Restaurant in Kent

We ordered 6 pizzas, 2 baked lasagnas, 30 chicken wings, 2 salads and chocolate cake. The only edible items were the two cheese pizzas and cake. The other pizzas were very dry as they forgot to add any sauce and the chicken pizza barely had any chicken or toppings on it. The chicken wings are not as pictured on the website. They are breaded and really disgusting.

Originally the owners said they could only offer me 15% off my next order which I was not happy about. I emailed their HO and got a call back within 2 hours and spoke to the regional manger who was very apologetic and offered to refund me for part of the order. I was satisfied with the quick follow up...

They not only are not 2 for 1, their website showed wedges with wings specific to the Agassiz location, which when we called they had NO wedges as well as on THEIR website showed chicken pieces and buckets for sale, they also had NO pieces OR buckets available. Their pizza was 1 for regular and 1 for 40% off NOT 2 for 1. In general they have false advertisement as well as wasted our time and we are extremely disappointed in not only the service but the offerings. We used to support this place weekly and it has done nothing but gone downhill since being bought out. I am hoping their new manager makes a point of reaching out to us regular customers before losing...

We ordered 9 pc. chicken family meal with wedges. what a mistake. it's like eating salted meat that had been sitting in a brine for a year. No taste but SALT it's the worst chicken we have ever had & potato Wedges are awful soggy over cooked burnt and food has no flavor We Ordered 2 greek salads also we weretold when I came to get the order they had no Greek dressing did I still want salads ?! ? So I cancelled that Told it would be 15 mins but waited over an hour to get my food They also forgot 1 piece of chicken so paid for 9 got 8 pieces They overcharged me in error on chicken As well too many mistakes I would not recommend going here 1 star is...
