Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kent

I ordered a thin crust pizza. Apparently they cover it in oregano? Which has NEVER happened any time I've ever ordered a thin crust pizza. Ever. So, either your employees haven't been making it "right", or you're lying to me.

When I called to complain, the man on the phone (didn't get his name, but he had an accent???) was rude to me. Maybe I was irritated, but that was after being told they always put oregano on their thin crust, when i order thin crust all the time, and with alfredo sauce so i don't get a mouthful of red sauce that //TASTES LIKE OREGANO//.

He didn't say sorry, didn't offer to remake it, and only after I said my pizza was ruined, explained that it was 20$ and I am in no way a rich person, did he say he would remake it. With the added "Don't eat it, we're taking it back. Don't eat it!"

I didn't want to eat it, but the way he said it, insinuated that maybe I was just doing this for a free pizza after I stated I wasn't rich.

So, now I have my replacement pizza, they took back the first, and this one seems to be free of oregano. I don't see or taste any Alfredo sauce tho, so it's either scarce or they just didn't put any.

They are rude, the first pizza barely had any toppings anyway, and it was covered in nasty oregano. Second is decent. Dry as hell.

Use to order from them all the time. Now I won't. But i'm just a single customer. My roommate will probably still get their pizza.

All the good reviews are from almost a year+ ago... so... what happened to Domino's? Did they give the hell up? Who knows!

Do yourself a favor, and get an oven pizza...

I wanted to share a great kudos for Agassiz Location. We were busy moving and loked at the time and saw it was just after 10 and we were getting hungry. So I put in a order on-line at 10:30 for pickup. In the meanwhile i was busy clearing out a freezer and trying to get all the food and bins to the new house. By the time we had it all loaded at the new place I remembered out pizza. But by the time we got to Agassiz it was 11:30 and the store closed 30 min ago. To our surprise there was still staff there... the door was open and our pizza was there awaiting us. I thank you staff tonight who waited it out well after business hours for our pick up
