Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kent

I honestly don’t have any particular preference for Pizza Hut and only ordered dinner tonight purely for the delivery convenience.

But I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the new “handcrafted” crust! It’s the perfect thickness — not too doughy or puffy like their regular crust (I dislike their regular crust) — and has a texture that’s closer to a wood-fired pizza. I’ll definitely be ordering it again for a pizza night!

The online app was easy to use, delivery was quick, and my order arrived perfectly accurate. I put the instructions “please leave at door” which were respected, and I appreciated the courtesy call from the driver, who informed me with a really polite call immediately after it was dropped off...

Completely disgusted with this location.

I called to ask if I could confirm the ingredients (which are on the website) to order my son who has allergies a pizza and asked if I could come in and view them. They had the manager call who said it's against food safe regulations to show me the ingredients on products which it's absolutely not I have my food safe and work in kitchens which I told her. To which she changed her story and said oh it's against pizza hut rules and I asked why it would be against their rules you could even just take a picture of the ingredients to confirm as pizza hut posts all ingredients on their website. She legitimately told me to phone corporate!! Worst descrimination against allergies...

Typically, I never had a problem with this place in the past, despite not ordering from here for a couple of months. Recently, as of yesterday, we got the most simple meal: two separate chicken orders, waffle fries, and mozzarella sticks. All of it was terrible, mostly due to the obvious half-assed work. My salt and pepper chicken was just doused with pepper more than salt. The same goes with the fries, just drenched in an ungodly amount of, I assume, paprika. Cherry on top, they only seasoned the top of our food, as the other side was completely blank. Whoever rushed this meal, screw you. My dinner was totally ruined. You couldn't even season food properly, it was like they dumped an entire Shaker on my food and...
