Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kincardine

Food was decent, pretty much what you expect from a Pizza Hut meal so that was good. But I Ordered online and was given a time to pick up, I arrived 4 min early expecting to wait a little bit. When I arrived I was greeted and dealt with politely and told my order would be up in a few min, it was almost ready... fast forward 15 min past my pick up time I still did not have the pizza that was promised to be ready 15 min ordering a half hour previous. I wouldn’t be too disappointed if they had been busy or lots of phone calls coming and people picking up lots of ordered however the phone rang once while I waited a only one other customer came in to order some food. Final wait time was 20 min past my promised pick up time when I made the order. Pretty disappointed to have to wait in store for 20 mins. Pizza Hut, please be more realistic with...

The first few times I have ordered from them when they had opened up, their pizzas were great. I have realized their quality is dropping down. The pizzas are getting smaller in size and the prices are high.their large pizza looks like a medium. Their online service is also horrible with no options on how well done A person wants it to be. Homestyle and pan pizza should be explained properly on the website. And there should be separate options if we want thick or thin crust. Our last pizza tasted so bland with hardly and any tomato sauce. Then when we called them, the person on the phone kept arguing with us. They did deliver us another pizza which was well done but was bland again. Not happy by their service. Will think twice before...

I ordered on June 26th, 2025 for 8:22pm pickup. I ordered a Chicken Lovers pizza, expecting a flavorful pie loaded with the promised toppings. Unfortunately, what I received was essentially a cheese pizza with barely any chicken or other toppings to speak of. The lack of ingredients was shocking. For the price, I expected Pizza Hut to deliver on their menu description, but this was a complete letdown. The quality control at this location needs serious improvement.
