Subway — Restaurant in King

Today I ordered food through Uber eats as I cannot drive. The green goddess sandwich had missing cheese. I particularly ordered this sub because I wanted cheese sandwich and some veggies since due to food restrictions I can only eat veggies and cheese hence I ordered this veggie sub that in description is supposed to have cheese in it. Upon opening the sub and first bite I took I noticed that the sandwich had missing cheese. I contacted subway Nobleton right away and the lady said I should pick up a new sub and I advised her I cannot drive.. she said someone can drop off a sandwich to me at 5pm I agreed to that although this meant I will have a late lunch because she had no driver available. A few mins later the lady called me back saying they did add cheese 100 percent in the sandwich as she checked the cameras and was basically painting me as a liar, while I kept explaining myself that I did not have cheese in my sandwich. I have photos that I took of both subs missing the cheese. This is not a good experience. I didn’t finish the sandwiches. Dissapointed in this location. They need better training following orders on screen and not accusing customers of lying. I’m not getting a sub of just veggies and sauce, I ordered it because I wanted a cheese sandwich with some veggies. Such a poor experience. Never ordering from this location again. Angry at the lady whom made the mistake and handled it so poorly afterwards as well. This is not how customers should be treated. I don’t know how they are still operating with such poor...

The owner is too cheap to order the right amount of food so you only get half the veggies your supposed to, and when you ask for more she tells you no because she won’t have enough for other customers!! The lettuce is more yellow/brown than green and all the peppers are drying out because she dosnt close her cabinets so the veggies don’t taste that good anyways!! Also ,you get 1 piece of meat less than your supposed to on a 6” and 2 pcs less on a 12”. I’ve been there 3 times now hoping I caught her on an off day... I will never go back, and I hope subway and the health department...

All of the recent reviews are true. They never have any green peppers and the toppings are always rotting. NEVER NEVER NEVER order delivery or online pick up they will use the most stale bread and the toppings that look like they’re weeks old. Just gross. The lady that works their is the worst she will use the most disgusting looking toppings on your sandwich. The guy that’s there sometimes actually does a good job and does not skimp. The lady must be eating the fresh toppings in the back after...
