Top-notch service is what you get here! The food is always fresh with great combinations & generous portions. The menu selection has your basic breakfast along with interesting combinations like smoked salmon with capers. This locations's atmosphere is flooded with light from cool floor to ceiling windows & super tall ceilings with cool light fixtures hanging down. I come every Saturday. Getting to know this family run establishment has been fun. The owner, mets & greats every one, he is so personable. I'm not sure how he does it, he's simply amazing at making people feel special while at his restaurant. I see many smile & light up when he talks to them. We arrived at the restaurant at around 1:30. When we got in, the waitress didn’t want to seat us because she said that they are closing soon, but there was an open sign in the window and the hours end at 3 pm that day. The cook said to let us sit down so we did. She came to take our order right away because we knew exactly what we wanted. Then she proceeded to start cleaning and was very noisy. Our food arrived and the quality and portion size was much smaller than what we get at other locations. While we started eating, she was mopping the floor right next to us (this is around 2 pm), and I couldn’t finish eating my burger because all I could smell was strong scented cleaning products.
