My visits to Tim Hortons OnRoute King City have been a mixed bag, resulting in a hit or miss experience that leaves me with mixed feelings. While I appreciate the convenience of the location, the inconsistency in service can be frustrating. Here's why I've given it a three-star review:
Convenience and Location: Tim Hortons OnRoute King City's location is undoubtedly convenient, especially during road trips. It provides a quick and accessible stop for a coffee or snack while on the go.
Inconsistent Service: The primary issue I've encountered at this location is the inconsistency in service. Depending on the staff on duty, you can experience either a lengthy wait time or a speedy service. This lack of consistency can be bothersome, especially when you're in a rush.
Time Management: On occasions when the service is slow, it can lead to frustrating delays. If you're pressed for time, it becomes a gamble whether you'll get served right away or have to wait longer than expected.
Staff Attitude: While some staff members are friendly and efficient, others may seem indifferent or less attentive to customers' needs, affecting the overall experience.
In conclusion, Tim Hortons OnRoute King City is a hit or miss destination. The convenience it offers during travels is a definite advantage, but the inconsistency in service can be a drawback. Depending on the staff on duty, you may experience either a speedy service or an unexpectedly long wait, making it a gamble when you're in a hurry. I hope that the management can work on improving consistency and time management to ensure a more reliable and enjoyable experience for all customers. For now, I suggest keeping your fingers crossed for a smooth visit at...
Read moreI have been going to this Tim location at 1700 King Side Rd daily since they are the closest to me, but unfortunately today was the last time. They have REPEATEDLY keep messing up Mobile orders, I have never experienced this anywhere else. This morning I put in mobile order 9430 (see photo)... clearly showing Method: Drive Thru. The one guy on the headset finally found it confirmed exactly what I ordered, so I proceed to the window. The lady at window then said my order is not for Drive thru, it's for Store Front, I need to drive to the other side. I when show her the order on my phone, and she said in a frustrated voice do you want to wait her or go around, with just 2 simple drinks I decided to wait, been sent around too many times now. It took them a long time to come back and gave me 2 wraps. Long story short, it took a bit more time for them to get me what I ordered that the guy already confirmed before I drove up to the window. I like many nice people at this location, including Ergie the manager who I came in to let her know about this incident. But there have been so MANY incidents now, not worth dealing with. I will move on to other Tim locations or Starbuck across...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience at the King City Tim Hortons this morning. The store is under construction, which made it difficult to navigate the drive-thru. I missed the speaker to place my order, so I ended up ordering at the window. The employee took my order wrong and charged me the incorrect price, then had the nerve to blame me for the mistake, rather than trying to fix it. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined my morning. If she doesn’t want to work there, she shouldn’t take it out on customers. I hope the management looks into this and provides proper training because nobody deserves to be treated this way when grabbing their morning coffee. ———————————————————————————— I am extreme disappointed with Tim Hortons following my last review. The so-called follow up was nothing more than an act, with no real effort to resolve the issue. Despite promises, no one has followed through on improving the service. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of accountability. This brand and its service have become truly unacceptable. Shame on you. If this continues, it won’t Be surprising to see the business fail, and frankly, I’ll be glad to...
