If I could leave a Zero star review I would. This is my #1 worst dining experience ever. To start we were sat and asked for drinks so we told her and it took half an hour to get them. Then after she said she would come back to take our order and took another 30 minutes. She took our order then came back 30 minutes later to confirm it after literally writing it down infront our face. Don’t know if she was listening to us or not. Then she came back and said the 12 dollar deal only comes with a drink to then add a drink onto my bill and then the 12 dollar deal turns into a 16 dollar order because she added our drink on the bill. We also ordered onion rings as an appetizer when she came around the first time and it took 2 HOURS FOR A BUCKET OF ONION RINGS I REALLY DONT KNOW IF SHE EVEN KNEW WHAT WE ORDERED. I also had to provide myself with service by literally walking inside to get napkins and ketchup as we were served food without napkins ketchup or a drink. I think I was better off clocking into this establishment and employing myself to serve myself to get even the most minimum of service. Then I go to pay my bill and they started to give me attitude and be extremely disrespectful by tell me I don’t understand anything and asking if I’ve ever been here before in the rudest way possible. If you wanna get the worst most terrible dining experience ever this is the place to come and ruin...
Read moreWent there recently with the family for a birthday dinner. The restaurant was completely dead, which we thought was great! Three people had chicken sandwiches, two people had wings. The original chicken sandwich was more like a chicken strip placed onto a bun as it covered only 65-70% (if were being generous) of the bun and was missing the sauce. Two people got the buffalo chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches had barely any Buffalo sauce on at all, so we’re very dry and not very good. The veggie burger was dry. The 3 lbs of wings weren’t a whole lot better, which was a surprise as we’ve enjoyed them very much at other locations. The server was very nice and had a lovely attitude, but unfortunately just wasn’t very good. She didn’t provide us with utensils for the appetizers (no biggie) or the meals and she seemed to disappear a lot. We had to go up to the bar and request a few things in our own. They brought out the wings and the veggie burger about 10 mins before the other three meals. Overall, this is not a location I, or anyone in my family, would ever recommend and will definitely never go back. The pickled willys were still tasty though. So if you do go, I’d...
Read moreWings were tiny and didn't have much meat on the bone. I upgraded from fries to onion rings and was disappointed when I was presented with around 6 or 7 onion rings mostly clumped together. Seems like they don't keep appropriate stock of the food that they advertise. I tried to order a chicken sandwich, and they informed me that it would be made with tenders instead of a single piece of chicken breast because they were out of stock. I can understand the odd menu item being 86'd, but it's reached the point where I'm leaving this review.
Just a hunch... they couldn't sell "boneless wings" so they added "tenders sandwiches", and now they're saying that a chicken breast sandwich will be made with "tenders"...
I've had friends who cooked at Wild Wing restaurants and took pride in the food they prepared. It's upsetting to see a restaurant right next to the franchise's head office failing to meet the baseline standards seemingly set by that same...
