McDonald's — Restaurant in Kingsville

Absolutely horrible service once again tonight.. unfortunate that Google automatically asks for a review these days when you visit a place so because of that I will share my worst experience yet. Ontop of about 12 different customers all having to go back to the counter because they also had incorrect orders, missing items and one gentleman mentioned his BURGER MEAT WAS RAW!!(which now if I get sick I will know why) We placed our order and waited about 10 minutes before we finially spoke with I believe the manager who was already flustered because every order she took was incorrect because the staff in the back can't make an order to save their life. So we mentioned we didn't even get a receipt and was wondering about our food after 5 other customers got theirs before we did, we finially got our meal and 1 of the mcafe peach drinks had a tea bag wrapper floating in it(unacceptable)and we brought it back up and mentioned it and she was ready to snap on us like we lied and said "well I'll have to take a look then" she was told to check the cameras then. Big macs had no mac sauce on them either...Atleast 12 other customers has incorrect orders, which included a delivery driver, multiple mobile orders and a hand full of customers before us and after us. We were there for about 30 minutes and after our experience we watched about 5 other customers deal with their issues and were taking bets on who was going to get the next incorrect order, well another man walked up and had some issues with his buns they were soaking wet for some reason and I started laughing due to the incompetence of these employees. It's one thing to have a couple mistakes but to mess up atleast 15 orders is a row is ridiculous. The staff either needs to be retrained to do their job or replaced with more experienced employees who...

I am sincerely in disbelief in how rude the manger was to me (the blond bigger one). After going out for dinner on a fine evening, the blond bigger one (manger) was being very rude and disrespectful. I am very unhappy with my experience. The manger the blond bigger one did not let me and my friend fill up our drinks after we payed for them and said we hand already got our drinks! We are all paying costumers and the manger (the blond bigger one) was very disrespectful about it. After when I was eating my fries with a few other of my lads which we done the manger (the blond bigger one) came up to the table and said we have to leave. I was very confused and she pointed at a very small sign on the wall in the corner supper high that says no loitering! I was confused and she said we need to leave if we are not eating but I was still eating my french fries. the manger (the blond bigger one) was offaly rude and I had never experienced something this hateful towards me from this mcdonald’s . Except the one time I find a few fried flys in my fries in witch they replace after calling a fuss I am glad I did not have to deal with the manger the (the blond bigger one) and went straight to corp. I have been going to this mcdonald’s ever since it has opened and will never go back and I am very disappointed with the manager (the blond bigger one). ...

What the heck did I just eat? The food was absolutely terrible! Out of four burgers, there was a problem with all of them.

My mother's BLT Quarter Pounder was a mess! It was falling apart when she picked it up. So she sent it back. She got a new BLT burger. She took a bite, and it was so greasy that her box and her hands were coated in grease! She couldn't eat it.

My Double Quarter Pounder was just as bad. I asked for it plain, but it had everything on it. This is a recurring issue with this McDonald's; I ask for a plain burger, and they mess up a simple order. So I sent it back to be fixed. Then the burger I got afterward was not only just as greasy, but halfway through my burger, I realized that it was still raw!

The fries were cold, the employees looked like they didn't even care, and they seemed to think it was funny that they messed up four burgers in a row. Not to mention, they didn't seem to care at all, as if they didn't want to be there. It was a very unfriendly atmosphere where they didn't care that they sold me a burger that was still breathing.

This is one of the worst experiences I've had, and it always seems to be this specific McDonald's.

Save your stomachs and go to the McDonald's in the next town...
