Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kitchener

Terrible experiences with this dominos. Unable to change the dominos store for delivery when ordering online because it won’t let you as it sets the closest store to your home as the only deliverable option. They constantly overcook pizzas delivering them with crust that is hard and crunchy, I have tried twice now to order the marble cookie brownies not over cooked (by request) and have had them show up burnt on the edges, dry, and crumbly. Not to mention they are extremely expensive at $5+ to deliver and extra charges for debit- etc., but even when trying to use coupons that have come in the mail- the website system does not recognize them as what is written on the coupon and tries to change the deal (makes what’s supposed to be a large pizza, a medium with less toppings, etc) after calling in about this and trying to get the correct deal by ordering over the phone with the coupon code was told they wouldn’t let me order and I was too far away ( it’s the only option for delivery online though? i’d love to give this place a 0 star if i could rn. i’ve never had an issue with dominos until today. i placed my order around 10pm tonight on a TUESDAY… went through the steps of “we received your order” and “in the oven” and then the second last step which is “quality check” which was done at 10:18 ….almost an hour+ later of me waiting and thinking they sent it to the wrong house, i call the store at 11:15 for them to say “oh so sorry we have been super busy and we are trying to get orders out” like i’m sorry what!! please update your systems right instead of saying that my order has been check and then no updates for an hour until I CALL! my food was cold and this was not handled well … i should have been contacted if they were behind. and driver DID NOT follow...

I ordered two pizzas. The driver couldn't follow simple directions, and both pizza were wrong. To make matters worse, the store manager was very argumentative and insisted that I ordered things I did not order. Not only was I over charged for my order, but the manager was all stuck up and argumentative about it. She is hands down the worst manager I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I will NEVER order from ANY stores after this experoence. Perhaps arguing with your customer, talking down to them, and refusing to refund their money after you screw up is acceptable in India where the manager comes from, but that kind of service in Canada will drive customers away and drive you out of business.
