Double Deal Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Kitchener

I have been going to this pizza store religious like I order 2-3 times a week they are always messing up are pops and dipsnthaysd one thing but every time we called about missing dips or pops he would tell me girlfriend to put me on the phone they are very very very rude so last night I order my usual Everytime I order I get the exact same thing and today we wanted to change one of the pizzas so this was done all good and what not first pizza changed to what we wanted 2nd pizza for some reason had spinach on it so we call and they say ok we send new pizza I say u need to send whole order we eat as family and this is not ok so they say ok we send now then 30 minutes later I get a call saying my girlfriend is a lying she asked for pizza to be changed then told me about change to first pizza I go ya but the second one was also changed he just argued for honest to God 30 more min's on the phone just repeating she wanted to change pizza not understanding he did it and then changed other pizza also he didn't get it wasn't haveing it my girlfriend is not right wasnhis exact works then he tell me she aways call and complain she no call no more you order pizza how about no she's didn't lie I heard the whole conversation and there was no way the second pizza was charged from last order so as I don't drive I had to bus for 2 and a half hours just to get my money back to be told I was right but still wrong at the same time he told me it maybe was computer I'm suspecting now we'll dude I now had to waste 4 hours trying to get dinner from you guys and all I got was a ok I can't help take money and go btw my account on computer showed 159 orders since I got this...

We decided to have pizza delivered tonight and originally tried to place an order online somewhere else until finding out that what we wanted was for pickup only. I decided to take a look and see what else I could find with the same type of deal and came across these guys. OMG! I am so happy I did! 1st of all the woman on the phone to take my order was extremely pleasant. 2nd the prices were great for what was ordered (better deal I might add than the place I was going to originally). 3rd the delivery was fairly quick and the delivery man was also very pleasant. 4th... thinking that it may not be the best (Get what you pay for kind of thing.) was very impressed by how the pizzas looked. 5th... wow! The best pizza we all have ever had!!! Words of my 6 year old, "This is freakin' delicious!!! My favorite!!!" (Said freakin' in a whisper because she wasn't sure if she was using a swear word, lol!) 7 very satisfied diners tonight! Everyone was highly impressed and for sure this is the new favorite place to order pizza! Only one downside to tonight's dinner.... was so good but we're so full that we can't eat another bite! That's ok, leftovers for tomorrow's lunch. I highly recommend them! As for the person who posted that a couple of them got sick from it I think the only reason they got sick was from over-eating and the person who had a problem with the employees probably deserved it, give attitude get...

I recently tried Double Deal Pizza and Wings for the first time and I was blown away by the quality of their food and the level of service I received. The pizza was delicious, with a crispy crust and fresh toppings, and the wings were perfectly cooked and seasoned.
