Wow what a tim hortons. With every pro comes 10 cons. This is the first tim horntons in the entire north american region that contains a hotel service for cruddy smelly somalian to invade on a constant basis. There are times I randomly decide hey I could use a coffee and maybe a break till the next bus arrives. The moment I walk in. It's like the nyse for cargo and somalian podcasts. Wow it smells bad. Cheap dollarama perfume. Oh and the fake hypebeast supreme shirts that dont even spell supreme properly. Wow what an elemental mixture this is. I am all for diversity and culture however I feel the hygiene and customer service regarding the podcasts and homeless people just loitering and ordering double double. Is too much. Theres no seats for families to actually have a nice timbit chill out session. Just a walkin pick up. Which takes the point of going there in the first place. Oh and for some reason this Tim's has a trap house for flies. It might be the hygiene from the people who sit at the last supper table hours on end, days beginning. But if it were me I wouldnt want flies taking dumps on my donuts oh no no no. Overall I think this establishment's needs to be investigated considering how suspect the customers seem to live at this location for hours. The quality of food and drink is near garbage. Water even tastes like flint. The only thing these bottom feeders order are double doubles and simply take up the entire tim hortons. There needs to be more supervision over how long these podcasters stay because they seem more leeching than those in actual need of a space to chill or take a break from the hot weather. The somalian activity also promotes unsafe activity as if it's the 1990s and were in 2019 last time I checked. I'm all for diversity and equality however I think these pirates haven't taken this too far. No point in going to sit down because it's literally an african cafe called tim horntons dont expect a seat unless you're a pirate or are willing to sit on the floor. They have connections just like pirate bay. Be very careful with this location as you might feel endangered. Once again I'm all for equality and diversity but this Tim's is very suspect and is...
Read moreI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment04 with the behavior of Order Taking Supervisor Lakhwinder at your Westmount outlet. During my recent visit to your establishment, I encountered an extremely unpleasant incident that has left me disheartened as a loyal daily consumer of Tim Hortons.
While placing my order, I was shocked by Lakhwinder's unprofessional and rude demeanor. Not only did she raise her voice and yell at me, but she also went to the extent of flaunting her name tag and challenging me to complain anywhere, exhibiting a complete lack of care and disrespect towards my concerns. This type of behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of Tim Hortons.
As a customer who has been a regular patron of Tim Hortons for a significant period, I have always appreciated the quality of service and the welcoming atmosphere provided by your staff. However, Supervisor Lakhwinder's actions completely contradicted these positive experiences, leaving a lasting negative impression.
And also if your supervisor is behaving like this then what to say.
I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. The incident I experienced was an extreme violation of this principle, and it has led me to question whether I should continue visiting Tim Hortons in the future.
I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur in your Westmount outlet. Training and reevaluation of your staff members, particularly Lakhwinder, should be conducted to ensure a higher standard of customer service is maintained.

Read moreThis Tim Horton's is brutal. If you use the drive -thru it's usually fine.. pretty quick service. But if you go inside it is brutal. The staff cannot take orders in a timely manner at all. This morning we took our family of 4 to tim hortons on westmount and victoria before heading to oursons basebal game. We went inside. :( When we ordered the first sandwich the cashier had to go check if they had it. Really? It's 8am... how do you not have a breakfast item that you are required to serve 24 hiurs a day now? Than my husband orders oat meal. After waiting several minutes he was told the oatmeal wasnt ready. So he was going to get another sandwich instead. 7 minutes later our food comes. We were now pressed for time so we rushed out to the car. While me and my husband were handing out the food in the car we noticed one sandwich was made half biscuit half english muffin. Thinking this was a bit odd.. we knew there had to be another one made the same. And sure enough the next one we opened was the same. HOW?? why? This is careles and the person preparing food should really pay attention. I really hate taking chances on this location. If i want something simple like a drink i mightvise the drive thru. But ive lost all hope of going...
