50% Off Mondays and the Everyday Value large four topping deals are good value. Parmesan crusted Papadia are good; the Works pizza has a good balance of topping ratios. Mushrooms are the thick moist type, not the dry shaved thin type, worth adding mushrooms or even double mushrooms to some versions of their pizza that don't automatically include mushrooms.

I always get original crust, well done, extra cheese. And extra sauce, if tomato sauce. Well done and extra cheese are personal preferences, but extra tomato sauce compensates for the standard amount of tomato sauce being light.

I avoid the stuffed crust (cheese inside crust not necessarily melted) and the thin crust (too dense). There are always a pepperoncini and a Papa John's branded Special Garlic dipping sauce included with large and extra large pizzas. The pepperoncini is good, the garlic sauce isn't.

If you're looking for something different, try the Extra Cheesy Alfredo pizza, original crust, well done, with extra toppings: double mushrooms, single onions. Extra cheese and three cheese blend are included in the base price. Tastes kind of/sort of like Campbell's mushroom soup....

Poor experience with this Papa John’s franchise. Ordered one extra large pizza late in the evening by phone and arrived fairly quickly.

I put a full tip on the pizza and the delivery guy tells me after I pay that there’s been a $4.50 delivery charge.

This was never explained when ordered or before I paid. It isn’t present when I order online (or have ordered online in the past) and was only mentioned after I’d paid.

Nearly ten dollars getting a pizza delivered to me 800m away.

The delivery driver stands their ground and claims that it would have been explained to me, which it wasn’t, or it may have been sneaked on to my bill, which it was.

This is worse when you consider it isn’t included when you order online, is only when you call and only explained to you once you’ve paid with card after it’s delivered.

Without question, between this place and uber eats the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only was the wrong pizza delivered, I was told the right one was on the way.

The driver then called me and had an adress 20 minutes away and stated he was at the front door.

I provided both receipts, recieved a refund and gave away the wrong pizza I was delivered. I got a Hawaiin pizza, when I order a custom pizza.

Being polite is great, and mistakes happen....but after 3 phone calls and clear details I expected better.

Horrible service, and they couldn't even rectify it. I could keep going now because I'm hangry, but I'll stop.
