Last time I faced such an issue with this restaurant for Pav Bhaji which I called them but the person on call was very rude with me and didn’t offer any solution. Me and my partner always use to try this place specially for Pani puri and Tawa Pizza 2-3 times a month. Today while we visited the restaurant around 9:00 pm there was this guy I believe the same person whom I spoke few days before for Pav bhaji issue we ordered 2 unlimited Pani puris (one with potato stuffing and one with ragda). We are fine with the rules or protocols of the serving pattern in the restaurant but the way the guy spoke was very rude and worst. If it was India someone could have surely took very opposite action to his way of speaking. Utterly disgusting and unacceptable. Food wasn’t tasting the same as always also in one statement he claims (desi people don’t understand the actual meaning of the offer) I mean we aren’t uneducated. There comes specific confusion on things which you being into customer service business have to resolve and not just be rude. There are many other restaurants recently who are offering the same thing with good quality and reasonable price. I firmly believe and say that people will just be coming here for Lower price. We work in the same industry we know the support everyone needs but having such an attitude in business won’t take this much far.

There must be strict complaint again this place for its ventilation and...

Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Customer Service

I recently had a disappointing experience at this place. They were advertising a BOGO (Buy One Get One) offer on Vada Pav, so I placed an order and specifically requested the buns be heated in butter instead of oil. The employee agreed without mentioning any change in the offer conditions. I also ordered five samosas, and asked for everything to be packed for takeout.

When I got home and opened the box, I found only one Vada Pav. I called to ask about the missing item, and they told me the BOGO offer doesn’t apply if you request butter instead of oil. This was never communicated to me at the time of ordering. I even told them I would have gladly paid extra had I been informed.

The employee had no explanation, and the next day, the supervisor called just to repeat the policy—without listening to my side or acknowledging the lack of clear communication. It feels like they expect customers to know their internal policies ahead of time, rather than clearly explaining them during the order process.

Unfortunately, this experience reflects poor customer service and a lack of transparency. I was a regular customer, but I won’t be...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dwarkesh Indian Cuisine in Canada, and I must say, it was an exceptional culinary experience. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who provided attentive and knowledgeable service throughout the meal.

The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with tasteful decor that added to the overall dining experience. The aroma of Indian spices filled the air, setting the stage for the delicious meal to come.

As for the food, every dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. Each dish was expertly prepared with the perfect balance of spices and textures.

The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the attention to detail in the presentation added an extra layer of sophistication to the meal. Additionally, the portion sizes were generous, ensuring that no one left the table hungry.

Overall, I highly recommend Dwarkesh Indian Cuisine to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable dining experience. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, you won't be disappointed by the culinary delights that await you...

Good place to enjoy some Indian Delicacies that we miss in Canada. They have reached quite a significant taste that bring back memories from back Home Country, but thĂ© finesse needs enhancement. As per the cost they give at its Value for Money. Not too heavy on pockets and this place is in demand all the time. Needs more space to occupy more crowd but I think they are happy with what they do so nothing negative. It’s a family venture so they keep it warmth and hospitable for everyone who comes to enjoy food
The food does the talking for this outlet. Keep it up😊👍

Great place for some amazing Indian street food. We went for the Peri Peri Fries and unlimited Pani Puri. Loved them both. For Pani Puri, there can be quite a wait. We went on a Saturday evening and had to wait for half an hour. Fries were great and so was Pani Puri. It's a small space with about 15-20 seating capacity but is very cramped. Parking can be a challenge around but if one doesn't mind walking, the nearby library has a good parking lot which is free on weekends. Overall, very good. Definitely recommended.
