I had written a nice experience from last week, but after I revisited yesterday, I deleted my comments and am writing it again. I was surprised by the nice staff last week, but the owner who was working yesterday was the terrible person I had ever seen. The situation was we ordered our food and drinks and took a seat. The queue was long behind us. Our drinks and two of the orders were received. We waited for the other three orders. Meanwhile, we could see that the other customers who were after us received all their orders. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the owner came with one of the orders to us. I asked him why the other customers were served first, and he replied that they ordered simple foods that are not a problem at all to be served first. Whatever he is, an owner or a manager, he could just ask for a sorry for the delay, not a mean manner. He ruined our Saturday brunch what pissed me off. I lost my appetite and didn't touch my food. I thought I found a nice Café to enjoy our usual weekend's brunch, but I will never come back here. At least we can still go to the Boardwalk branch where the owner is friendly.

Muted chatter, the clinking of cups, and the gentle hum of the espresso machine - a good café never fails to uplift your mood. Hoping for a good cup of coffee, I visited Coffee Culture Café and Eatery (1 King St W, Kitchener, ON N2G 1A1). A cozy café and eatery specialising in coffee and breakfast foods, this place does live up to their claim of 'brewing each cup with a passion for quality' even if their food menu is slightly disappointing. The café latte I ordered made for the perfect start to the day - warm and utterly comforting, the blend of coffee beans, milk, and sugar was the best way to wake me up. However, the quality of the piri piri chicken wrap was wanting, especially considering the price charged. The piri piri sauce did not live up to my expectations of tangy and spicy, making for a rather bland meal that left me slightly unsatisfied. All things considered though, l'd still recommend the café for its beverages and its ambience. The area was warm and cozy with a gorgeous Christmas decor that definitely put me in the holiday spirit. If you're looking for a place for coffee, pastries, and a desk to study and/ or catch up with friends, l'd suggest a visit. Just be sure to order the food carefully. I recently visited Coffee Culture with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I couldn't shake off the feeling of disappointment. I sat down and asked for napkins because the tables were covered in oily grime and crumbs left by prior customers (the staff does not wipe the tables). After ordering, I immediately saw an employee giving a girl a hard time for eating her packed lunch (even though she was a paying customer), then kicking her out of the store for another group of customers because they were 'full'. Keep in mind there were six empty tables that were available at the time. Then while I was drinking my watery coffee I heard an employee drop cup. A woman (maybe the manager) came out and started yelling incredibly loud in Hindi and was so disruptive. Absolutely horrible way to treat your employees. Lastly, the washrooms were disgusting. I walked down and it smelled revolting. I seriously wonder if management takes priority in cleaning it. I would not visit this place again unless something changes with management.

Visited Kitchener for the first time, and we stumbled along this little coffee shop. The building is beautiful and the entry way is super neat! We were hoping to experience a little warm place to go where we could enjoy some food and drinks and just relax away from the hotel. This place did not disappoint at all! We ordered the cheesecake and some simple clubhouse sandwiches. What we got was above and beyond. The cheesecake is seriously perfection. And how do you say no to Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie Cheesecake anyways!? The sandwiches were crisp and light, with fresh seasoned vegetables. The seasoning is scrumptious. We stayed the weekend and we loved our experience so much we made time to stop in before heading to the airport for more cheesecake. This time we got two peices, two flavors 😉. The atmosphere is quiet, and cheerful. Definitely felt welcomed here in Kitchener, mainly thanks to Coffee Culture Cafe.

Today I umfortunately experienced the worst owner or the worst service ever in my entire time in canada. I ordered a cake simply just want to stay here to eat, and the booth is where I choose to sit down, there are people leaving the cafe. There are a lot of empty seats and 3 booth are empty. One gentlemen was siting on his own in the booth. And there is a server came over to me and said you are not allowed to sit in the booth when we are really busy this is a busy time please sit in the one person table. I was quite confused firstly there are 2/3 booth and table are available, and I ask there is a gentleman siting in a booth as well. I confront the owner he said I must move. This makes me so angry because his reason for me to leave the table does not make sense to me. I don't recommend this place, but if you are here be aware of this kind of rude behaviour please.
