Worst customer experience I been going to this restaurant for years eating in this is the second time I ordered dinner for the first my bill was under 50 dollars the second time my bill was over 50 so I asked about free wonton when your bill is over 50 dollars the lady said she will give them to me since my order was over 50 but then my wife gets and charged me for them because I paid debit never mention you only get them when you pay cash also paid extra for chicken and broccoli when my wife got home we where about to share the food and notice there was no chicken in broccoli that we paid extra for we called and let the lady know she did not care she said bring it back so we brought it back after speaking to the manager on the phone at the restaurant she gave us a whole new order for free that's great but the lady on the phone when we called had the worst customer experience I really think someone should teach her some good customer service made the business look really bad as for the owner thank you for replacing the meals for free and letting us keep...

Terrible food, tasted rotten, unedible Kitchen wok down the road is much better. You ruined Christmas day!

Update: all 3 of us that consumed this on Christmas day were violently I'll the following evening/morning. This is remarkable because the only thing edible in our $50 order was chicken balls, which was shared (about 3 balls a person) and threw the rest of our order out.

I update this review from the waiting room at my local emergency walk in clinic, my 25 year old body is THAT sick from 3 chicken balls, and my stomach can handle pretty much everything, I'm in so much pain I can't stand up, similar situations for the other 2 that consumed your food.

I am in an immense amount of pain from consuming your food.

Update: Its about 7pm boxing day, still violently vomiting stomach vile as a result of 3 chicken balls consumed around 2pm Christmas day, one of the 3 us that consumed your rotten food is feeling better, the other 2 can't keep anything down, water included, and are vommiting bile...

Was the best for the first year or two after they opened but lately it has been awful. The last several visits/deliveries have been horrible. All the food has the same bland taste. Horrible customer service, tonight was the last final nail in the coffin. I placed a small walk in order, then sat down to wait. After about 15- 20 minutes I stood up to inquire about my order, the girl working the counter informed me that the only cook was cleaning the pots, pans, grill/stove area and would be another 15 minutes until he was finished. I was furious, I asked for my money back. She wasnt able to refund me via the debit machine so I had to accept cash. She asked if I wanted the egg rolls for free because she already made them, so let me get this straight, you had part of my order cooked sitting on the counter getting cold and had I waited for the cook to finish cleaning that portion would have been stone cold, where is the logic, zero...
