Subway — Restaurant in Kitchener

This was one of the most traumatic and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The owners completely cheated us by giving false information about current offers. We were told that the app offer would be valid in-store, but once we got there, they flat out denied it and tricked us.

When we tried to calmly explain, instead of listening, the owner raised his voice on us. And when we raised our voices in defense, he suddenly tried to play the victim, saying “we are human beings, don’t talk like this.” I had to remind him – we are also human beings, not animals, and deserve respect.

The way he twisted the situation and blamed us for “shouting first” was absolutely unacceptable. This man has no idea how to treat customers. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and manipulative.

I sincerely hope this store gets shut down because no customer deserves to be treated this way. Avoid this place...

This was by far the worst Subway I’ve ever visited. We ordered three footlongs, and sadly, most of the food ended up in the bin. The bread wasn’t even heated properly, and the quality of the ingredients was poor.

To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite the store clearly displaying a closing time of 10:30 PM, we were told they were closing at 10 PM and felt rushed throughout the visit.

I strongly recommend avoiding this location. There’s another Subway just 3 minutes away — do yourself a favor and go there instead. Honestly hoping we don’t end up sick from what...

My experience wasn't great. The staff member, who I believe was the owner or manager, was not very approachable or helpful. When I mentioned the deals available on their website, I asked if I could scan them to apply, but he refused without even letting me try. He insisted that the deal wouldn’t work on my purchase, even though I explained I just wanted to check. On top of that, the lettuce quality was subpar and unpleasant. Overall, not a positive experience.
