Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Kitchener

Tuesday, October 16th, 12:40-12:45am. Came in to order a pizza, walked in the door (with the loud dinging bell to alert your employees of a customers entrance). Noticed/ looked at the male employee sitting in a chair in the back. He did not greet/acknowledge me in any way, he seemed to just be staring directly at the floor with his head resting in his hand (sleeping maybe?) Thought maybe he did not notice me so I hung out for a solid few minutes pacing a little, clearing my throat subtly, looking directly at him from the counter, etc. He seemed to be unresponsive or unwilling to serve me. This location used to be great be as of lately it seems like a few your night shift employees seem to be downright rude, this was the first time ive walked in and just flat out not been able to get a pizza though. Just brutal tonight guys, I have no doubt your employee was either past out or ignoring me to avoid service, zero acknowledgment of my presence, not even a head nod.

I would love to hear back from ownership about this please 4 days later still...

I usually order a pizza for my daughters, for delivery from this location on Friday evenings, for the past few years. This evening, the delivery man made his arrival known by making a huge huffing noise at the front door, like he was really upset, and stood there staring angrily at me. I greeted him cheerfully, and he handed me the box haughtily while scolding me about the road being closed. He said he had to park his car and walk down the street. I was so stunned at the way he was speaking to me. I felt bad that he walked but also it isn’t my fault that the city of Kitchener closes a road for construction. There are alternate routes people can take, just as we have been doing since the construction started. Perhaps he could have used a GPS or Google maps? Then he wouldn’t have taken out his anger on me? After handing me the pizza, he stormed off and was complaining/yelling loudly as he walked down the street. My daughters and I watched in shock. On top of that, we ordered a half veggie, half meat pizza, and it was 90% veggie and...

I have ordered here a few times now, and each time I order a cheese pizza and every time i have received the worst pizza i have ever ordered from pizza pizza. They put such a little amount of cheese on it to the point where it doesn't even taste good. I ordered from this pizza pizza again and ordered extra cheese hoping to receive a more adequate amount of cheese and was let down again. I have never been to a pizza pizza establishment that put so little cheese on their pizzas before and on top of that, it was the only ingredient on my pizza. On top of that, my delivery driver tipped HIMSELF $10 without my knowledge and rushed to his car before I could say anything/notice what had happened.
