Not taking any sides here, but just sharing my experience. I was out walking with a few friends today and thought about stopping by this place. My friends stopped me and said, “Don’t go there, it’s Indian-owned now — the food’s not as good anymore.” They weren’t being rude, just sharing their past experiences, and my parents had similar ones too, so I understood.
But I decided to check it out for myself. Ordered one pepperoni pizza.
First off, the place was clean . The guy working there (looked like he was alone) smiled at me as soon as I walked in. Even though he was busy, he wasn’t frustrated or annoyed. He greeted me with energy, spoke fluent English, and honestly made me feel welcome. That matters a lot — staff attitude can make or break the whole vibe of a store.
He politely asked if I could wait a bit for the pizza. I said I didn’t mind — and I’m glad I did. The place was fairly busy but the staff didn’t look stressed. That’s rare.
Now, the food… I don’t even have words. That pizza was 🔥. And what impressed me even more — after every single order, he washed his hands. The hygiene in the kitchen and around the store was very well maintained. You can tell they care.
To sum it up — the staff, the food quality, the hygiene, the energy — everything was top-notch.
So this is just a little message for my fellow Canadians, especially those in Kitchener: give this small establishment a chance. You won’t regret it. Just remember — not every Indian-owned store is bad. This place proved that right.

Person at the store said your order left 5mins ago. I said ok great np. 20 mins later still no pizza. So I called the store again. Person who answered didn't know wheremy pizza was. I asked for a manager, was told np please hold. Only for no one to ever come back online. Talked to the delivery drive as he finally called( this is now 70-75 mins later) He said he was here. I said ok meet u at the front. I went no was there, stood down there 15mins no one. Called the store back again ask for manager. The delivery drive came on the phone was very rude and told me not to order there again. Then hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times , as I wanted a manager, only the have the phone picked up and then hung up or and over. All I was looking for was customer service. Read moreUpdate: My second visit there after first visit was great. Same guy. Again great service. My kids loved the pizza again. Did not disappoint me. Where other stores take an hour, this store makes it in 15–20 minutes maximum, even when I ordered at closing time. I have became your permanent customer again after 2–3 years, please do not disappoint me in the future as i hardly starting loving your food again after getting really bad pizza many times at your store before 2–3 years.
I have been to this pizza place a couple of times before, and to be honest, both times were really disappointing. The pizza wasn’t cut properly, some toppings were missing, and it just felt like no effort was put into it. After those experiences, I really didn’t feel like coming back.
But today, I thought I’d give them one last chance, and I’m so glad I did! The food was absolutely amazing—everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I wanted. The guy at the front, Gubinder (I hope I got the name right), was so polite and patient. He really made the experience better with his great attitude and attention to detail.
