Extremely Disappointed: Repeated Order Issues and Misleading Promotions
I’ve had an increasingly frustrating experience with this store. Over the past two months, my order has been mishandled three separate times. Today was the final straw, we placed an order for three khavsa meals via in-store pickup, but when we got home, we realized they had only given us papdi and salad. The main dishes the khavsa were completely missing.
To make matters worse, their Instagram promotion is misleading. They advertise Coco shakes for $1, but when we visited the store, they charged us $6. This feels intentionally deceptive.
When we went back to the store to request a refund, the receptionist said it would be issued in cash even though we paid by credit card. This is not only unprofessional, but potentially illegal. Refunds should be processed via the original method of payment, especially when it's electronic.
It’s deeply concerning that this store seems to be taking advantage of Indian customers, possibly assuming that since we’re from the same community, we’ll tolerate this kind of behavior. That is unacceptable.
I urge others to be cautious and hold them accountable. This kind of carelessness, dishonesty, and lack of accountability is not just poor service, it’s exploitative...
Read moreIf you're craving authentic Gujarati food, Mr. Khaman is a must-visit! The food is rich in flavor, and the portions are perfect – you'll leave full but not overstuffed. The staff, especially Mr. Shashikant, is incredibly courteous and helpful. What stood out to me the most was Shashikant’s genuine philosophy: it’s not just about making profits but about building a strong reputation and establishing a brand. He thoughtfully considers your portion size to make sure you get the perfect amount without waste, showing he cares about his customers' experience.
I highly recommend giving Mr. Khaman a try. Everyone has their own tastes, and the reviews can’t capture the full essence of a place. Give it a chance, and form your own perception—you...
