I had an amazing experience at Pizzaville Kitchener with a variety of their pizzas, and every single one exceeded expectations! The newly launched handcrafted pizza was outstanding—crispy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The Cup & Char Pepperoni pizza with hot honey dipping sauce was the perfect balance of savoury and spicy, meeting my heat cravings perfectly. We also tried the BBQ Turkey Bacon pizza with vegan cheese, and it was fantastic! I really appreciate that they use separate pizza cutters and cooking utensils for vegan options, showing how much they care about quality and customer needs. Order took well over an hour even though I was quoted 30 minutes- if I had realized it wasn't going through Uber I wouldnt have bothered. I asked for a potato pizza and a Canadian as they look to be the same price for the 2 for 1 medium special and both have 3 toppings but I was given 2 soggy lukewarm Canadians even though I also ordered 2 sides which is an upsell and tipped the driver well. Waste of money even with the deal. Then the driver left my order at the wrong apartment! And all of my "quality" seals were broken. Terrible service and sub-par food. Arincini was soggy and cold, the sauce was terrible. I recently ordered from Pizzaville Kitchener and was blown away by the quality and taste! We tried a variety of pizzas — Pepperoni, Veggie, Meat Lovers, and BBQ Chicken — and each one was excellent. The crust was baked to perfection with a nice crunch on the outside and softness inside, and the toppings were always fresh and generous.
