This was my all time subway branch until today. I was always going there for breakfast subs and loved it. But unfortunately today when subway rep Miss Mannu was making subway for me and wife , upon asking to put some extra spinach / veggies we were told , directions from owner to cut down on veggies on subs as they are expensive and costs are going up. I was always welcomed in this subway with another rep Mr Jitendar and always treated us like family and without hesitation made amazing subways but today’s experience was not a good one . I respect policy from subway management about 6 pieces veggies which was told to me, but if customers cant be happy with service from reps because of a small difference in veggies.customer experience will always go down.
I normally always give every store 5 stars with no doubt but today was one poor experience. I think this subway has lost 9 regular customers including us and family today which might not be a big deal but going further if customer based on ethnicity are treated in different ways ,then regular people ,thats unfair
It was really bad feeling today upon hearing the statement ( owner had asked to cut down veggies in subway ) , why even i came here to spend my money for 2 footlong.

Upon reaching home, I found the chicken to be uncooked as it was raw. I called the store and the girl who prepared the order answered that you can come to the store now and we can change it. As it was a storm day , I asked her if I can come sone other day and she said she needs my name and she works after 4pm so you can come. Today, I went to the store and other employees were working. After explaining the issue to the crew member, they made a call to manager/owners and they said , they need to enquire and they will get back to us later. Is this serious that you don’t maintain any record for customer complaints . Definitely not worth to go to this location now. They lost a loyal customer. Read moreWent to this subway because the other nearby was closed. The employee making the subs put on the wrong sauce. When I pointed this out, they initially tried to give it to me anyway. After that they tried to scrape off the sauce (and most of the toppings) and serve it anyway. When I insisted they remake the sub, they refused several times until another customer backed me up. Asked for the contact information for the manager. Initially I was told they do not have that information in the store. When I did not leave they called the manager who told me that store contact information was "private" and then hung up on me. No professionalism, no service quality and no managerial oversight.
