I ordered a decaf iced mocha and when I got to the window I asked the girl to verify it was decaf as I have a allergy to caffeine. The girl looked at me like she had no idea what language I was speaking and said āI donāt know, I donāt know whatās going on over thereā(pointing towards the bar area). She was extremely awkward just staring at me making me feel very uncomfortable. When I got home I drank the beverage and had an allergic reaction, meaning there was in fact caffeine in the drink. As someone who works in customer service, her response in my option was completely unprofessional and irresponsible as she should have checked with the barista who made it and verified it was in fact decaf. If she wasnāt sure and/ or couldnāt discuss with the barista who made it she should have offered to remake it to make sure it 100% was decaf as I had stated it was an allergy. The food part came out and I ate it before my drink was even started. I had to ask if it had been forgotten and she couldnāt find the sticker for it anywhere, so Iām glad I finally asked or I could have stood there forever. There was a huge crowd of people waiting for drinks and you could tell everyone was very impatient. The staff was overwhelmed and all over the place. Also, there was a disgusting amount of flies in the restaurant, so you get to spend 20 minutes waiting and swatting flies away the entire time. So much for a relaxing Sunday Starbucks visit lol

So A) if COVID-19 was possibly there why is the entire store not shut down for safety not just only the Cafe? It's either open for business because it's safe or it's not. B) Why are you not telling people this before they place mobile orders so we can make a decision before placing the order. C) Having a drive through on a Starbucks is the worst idea in the world because every drink takes 5 min to make on your menu so there is no real convenience if you have to still wait!!
