I have always come to this location multiple times a week for over a year now as it is the most convenient location on my travels to work. I have not had issues until the last few weeks. I always order my drink without the scoop of fruit when I order those kind of drinks because I don't like them in it, especially when they get soggy. The last few times there has always been fruit added into my drink even after asking for it to not be in my drink. The kind girls/guys who take the order get it right as the stickers on the drinks have all stated "no scoop of fruit" (whatever fruit is in it) but the people who make the drinks don't read the sticker apparently. This is really frustrating as I can't make them remake the drink the way I ordered as I would be holding up the busy line and would be late for work. This is really annoying as I like Starbucks but it's not worth paying $5-$6 for a messed up drink. This location is always friendly which is why I gave it a 3 star but they need to work on making sure their orders...
Read moreWe ordered a head of time the way we always do before we go to Starbucks on the app. When we arrived we let them know we were picking up a mobile order for Kate. Keep in mind we are regular Starbucks customers 4-5 times per week. When we got to the window the woman told us thereâs a 12 minute policy on orders, (app quotes 3-7 minutes, it was three minutes away from the expected pickup time quoted on the app) She continued to say there are orders ahead of us and we would have to come in and wait inside. NEVER have I had this experience at a Starbucks. Mobile orders are meant to be a convenience piece. As a regular customer thereâs an opportunity to be had about policy, communication and customer service. We watched everyone that was behind us in the drive through get served ahead of us through the drive through window, while we waited inside for our order. And on my way out a very sarcastic âthank youâ was yelled to me across the store. Iâll also be communicating this to head office and I would love to hear back...
Read moreI preordered 2 Venti Iced Lattes this morning. When I got there, unfortunately they had whip so the barista made them again and gave me the 2 that had whip for free. That's a usual at Starbucks. As I was in my way to work thinking about how great it will be to drink my iced latte with 6 shots (it was a double shot day), the tray tipped over and all 4 lattes spilled slowly onto the mat of my boyfriends car đ. I pulled over and preordered again because I needed my coffee and promised my coworker this wonderful delight. The barista looked at me a few times and I said 'I ordered again, its not an error - all 4 ventis tipped over'. They took my card and credited back 18 dollars for the 2nd order (it was my fault so I was not expecting it) and wished me a better day. Starbucks, while a little steep in price once you start adding special requests (again that's on me) always has A+ service. It made my day a little better. I will need that 18 dollars to help pay to clean my boyfriends brand new car. Its a...
