Taste of Mediterranean — Restaurant in Kitchener

OMG Ordered from this place off of Skip The Dishes thinking it was a real restaurant. LOL we just ordered cafeteria food from a hospital! These are not actual platters or dinners. My "dinner" had one and a half pieces of tiny potato. Nothing was skewered, it was all shredded meat. I wanted a real lamb and beef dinner. The chicken was worse, seemed processed, which resulted in an upset stomach. We typically eat clean and tried to order a healthy alternative and this whole experience back fired. Everything was cold. My rice tasted overcooked. The baklava was stale and hard inside. The pictures on their website are a complete misrepresentation to what you actually get. I took a picture of my plastic tupperware tray, too bad I can't share it here. Literally 1 1/2 pieces of tiny potato LOL. Serves me right for not Googling this one first before wasting 50 dollars. THIS WAS A JOKE AND A WASTE OF MY SATURDAY NIGHT DINNER....

Ordered four meals, two of them were incorrect. Ordered fish and chips with an extra piece of fish. It was missing the extra piece of fish, the coleslaw side was missing entirely. Ordered a salad with dressing on the side. The salad had an almost disgusting amount of dressing on it.

Called to get the issue corrected and was given excuse after excuse. The employee who answered first said the delivery driver had already left so he couldn't do anything. After this he said he gave us extra fries instead of the fish, which is true but wasn't part of the order. He did not offer to do anything to correct the issue until I pressed him to supply us with the correctly prepared meals. It would be a 40 minute round trip to go to the restaurant and would not have it delivered.

The employee did not once apologize for the mistake and was very rude and standoffish. No chance we ever...

They have the best donair wraps however I was not able to get mine. I ordered three Halifax donair wraps and a large Greek salad with beef gyro for Father’s Day. I preordered the day before expecting it to possibly be busy. My delivery driver arrived and waited for ten mins as per the app and then boom it said that the RESTAURANT cancelled my order. This was very disappointing and I will ensure to not order from them again . No explanation and they didn’t even bother to call me to tell me what the issue is. What a waste of time and money. Yes I received a refund but some sort of follow up, heads up, option to substitute should have been provided since I preordered a day before. This is ample enough time for a fast food place to notify me of any issues. Be careful...
