I can hardly believe that this café is located inside a major hospital with hundreds of patients, doctors, staff, and visitors — yet it is always out of stock!
They don’t even have a cappuccino or espresso machine like all the other branches. Baked goods, muffins, chili, and more are constantly unavailable.
On top of that, the hygiene is shockingly poor. The front counter is visibly dirty, with stains, crumbs, and dust everywhere. I have never seen anyone cleaning or wiping down surfaces. The entire place is messy and disorganized, with everything out of place! They’ve even placed a coffee container right at the edge of the counter on the customer side — it’s dirty on the outside and not even fully sealed! I honestly can’t believe this. There is even a used face mask that has been left on one of the coffee containers for a long time — no one has removed it or cleaned the area.
To make matters worse, I saw flying insects hovering over the exposed pastries and cakes! This is not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern — especially in a hospital setting.
How is it possible for a café inside a hospital to be this neglected...
Read moreHello, I’m a regular customer at this Tim hortons. Today I experienced something, I wasn’t happy about. I asked for a bagel with butter. The person making the food. Didn’t change her gloves between meal prep. My bagel was sitting on the cutting board, she didn’t do anything to my bagel other than toast it. She cut someone else’s meal. Then placed the “ handle “ of that knife onto my bagel. I explained to her what she did, and how that crossed contamination. I would like another bagel. And to also, change her gloves. She didn’t understand what I was saying.. As to why I was upset. I asked to speak to the manager that worked today. And another lady that was close by to this conversation. Said she was the manager. And she doesn’t understand why it was wrong to put a dirty handle on someone’s food. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I’m quite disgusted. And extremely disappointed. Read moreAt exactly 320 pm Wednesday November 21st on the far right (customers view) till an older , larger lady who kept complaining about a burning smell served me . I ordered a Breakfast Biscuit with chipotle combo with a French vanilla instead of coffee . I got my drink and sandwich, and as I was waiting for my hash brown the same cashier Rudely looks over and asks “what are you waiting for ?” I said my hash brown ? She replies with “well you didn’t say hashbrown” while she rudely walks away and hands me an old hasbrown ...I’m a very good customer I’m never rude and always patient because I’ve worked at Tim Hortons before , and McDonald’s . I know how custom re are , I’ve never even complained befor but I felt it was needed in this situation .
