Tim Hortons on Edna used to be a good place to go.. not anymore. Customer service doesn't exit, majority of staff are rude, with attitude. I have been going for breakfast everyday. I always get a bacon grilled wrap. It used to be made exactly like the photo on their menu. For the past 4 weeks they have been wrapping it like a sausage which is about 2 inches long, with all the product stuffed in the center. When I complained, they said they have changed the way they wrap them. I took it upon myself to call head office. They informed no such thing has transpired, the WRAP should look like the photo on the menu. So, today I thought I'd go in again. I had to specifically ask that my order be wrapped the correct way. Surprisingly it was. I then spoke to the manager about this, he tried to say to me that they have changed the way they wrap their product. I informed him that head office hasn't made a change like this and they should continue to make their breakfast wraps like the photo on the menu board. Basically the manager lied!! There was no change at head office. I also told him about the rudeness of mist of their staff, when you complain..snickering at you etc I agree totally with the other reviews that you have received from others. Staff very rude Orders messed up Do what they want with your food Food is not presented like the menu photos, not just wraps, other items as well. Basically DO NOT care that you are their customer. The location is very convenient for me, but I doubt I will be visiting this Tim Hortons again. Was aLoyal customer since the...
Read moreWhile the girls at the till were quite nice, I believe the people making the food need to be a little more considerate. I had asked for a bagel with jam, as that is one of the only foods I can eat at timmies due to a dairy allergy. I asked the girl if she could make sure there was no butter on the bagel because of my allergy, and she was kind enough to go to the kitchen to let them know. Lo and behold - I received my bagel. While there was no butter on the INSIDE of the bagel, the wrapper had butter smeared all over it, and cheese was dripped along the top of the bagel. While I don't think this was some malicious attempt to kill me - it does speak to the level of carelessness of whoever made the bagel. I am always finding that each time I come here there are new people on the till, so I am wondering if the kitchen has a high turnover as well, and perhaps someone inexperienced was working during the morning rush made the bagel and wasn't thinking properly. Keep in mind: while some allergies are not life and death, others are. I am glad I was able to see the cheese and butter before I had eaten the bagel - but in the future allergies do require more care when preparing food. I didn't think that a bagel with jam would be so...
Read moreThis is by far the slowest Tim hortons. Even when it’s not busy at all….
The coffee also normally has grinds in it. And when I asked for a new one later on that evening they said no because it was later on in the day. (I got my coffee in the morning before work. No time to stop and turn around.
They tried to rip me off for my sandwich, I ordered a ham and cheddar. After about 15 min waiting for my food they informed me they have no artisan buns. But said they have other buns. They made it with the small square buns for the mini sandwiches. So I said this is half the size of the sandwich I paid for and asked for my money back.
She asked me to wait 5 min. (I can see the drive through from where I’m standing. There are 2 cars, And there is one other person in the store waiting behind me. After about 11 more minutes she brings me out another sandwich. I was frustrated with the long wait for just a sandwich… in a not busy establishment and I just took it and left … my advice. Just go to the timmys down the street at the gas station. It’s always way faster and they usually only have one lady working behind the...
