Tito's Pizza — Restaurant in Kitchener

I have been a long time customer and it used to be our favorite spot for pizza. Unfortunately, the decline has been rapid in both quality and customer service. After a dozen orders of always getting it wrong, I called to speak with owner and manager and the person on the phone refused to either take my name and number so that I could pass my feedback directly to him and also refused to let me speak with any supervisor.

Simply put, the workers there no longer care about their product or their customer service. We will not be ordering from here ever again. We gave them a fair chance and tried to resolve this directly with the management but we only got hung up on.

I called back and after a few tries someone finally took my number and name. The pizza and the service is terrible....

I went in before the dinner rush started and chatted with the gent working the counter while placing an order for a panzerotti. I let him know I skipped lunch was was hankering for something good. I got a 3 item panzerotti, pepperoni, bacon, mushroom for take out with a pop and garlic dip.

About 15 minutes later I picked it up and oh my goodness it was what I needed. The panzerotti had a smiley face made into the top crust and was a bigger than I expected, but it didn't stop me from demolishing the entire thing in one shot - my wife would have been ashamed at the sight. Cooked perfectly, excellent flavour, loaded with cheese - perfection! To top it all off... It was less than $15. I've spent more on a McDonald's...

Was our first time ordering here. Got our pizza an hour and a half late and was ice cold. One of my pizzas were missing a topping. And to top it off the delivery guy handed me my pizza grabbed my money and ran off. Didnt give me my $8 back i was owed nor did he even ask if i want it back he just grabbed it and left. When we called all we got was sorry we couldnt find u and was busy. But what about my money? Ya obviously i was going to tip but to take my money and not even give me my receipt and just take off? Im pretty sure thats called theft? Something ill have to look into. 7 months later and still now answer...
