This isn’t a review but an open letter to the respected manager of this business. My family and I were exited to order from your business and I placed an order over skip the dishes around 8:30pm ish today and got a call 10 minutes later from your staff saying they didn’t have a certain item to which I said it’s fine that can be replaced with another. I was told again that the second item suggested was not available either to which I then responded to the lady on the call to refund me the item and prepare the rest of the order. She constantly kept asking me to cancel the item from my side. After me repeating for the third time that once someone places the order one can’t pick and choose something to cancel. It was so basic to understand.

The lady couldn’t understand a simple direction and constantly kept asking me to cancel that one unavailable item from my issue. I would request the manager to look into the staff missing their training or not following basic instructions over the phone and had no courtesy at all. Kindly look into the demeanour of this person. The customer service being provided from your staff is disappointing. It’s not at all appropriate for any business. I’m not the type to complain ever. I ordered a poutine and my husband ordered the veggie sandwich. We also ordered a falooda and rolled ice cream for dessert. The cashier was the only person working. We asked to get the food first and dessert later. After waiting 30 minutes I realized another worker probably the owner had to be called to come make our food because the only worker there didn’t know how to make anything but ice cream rolls. And this was a Saturday night when they were busy with everyone ordering ice cream. By the time we got our food it was 45+ minutes of waiting. If she told us it would take time we would have only had ice cream. After our food we still waited another 20 mins for our desserts. Since I don’t like to complain I never even rushed them.
