First time going after seeing reviews,first prices are higher than menu,so when I show her my phone she says oh that's old and I say this is your site,everything was $2 higher, then the credit machine goes down and making me wait for it,after 4-5 minutes I said if you make me wait any longer you can remake my order,then she let us eat and pay later...the plain poutine was $9.99 ,fit on a small dinner plate...garlic potatoes are soggy,disappointed after reading about them...sorry I'd never go back...better deal at DT..just wanted a gyro...wrap is small,fits in a small paper candy bag,seriously not worth the $32 I paid,1 plain poutine,1 gyro wrap combo and one pop,I'd show a pic but can't post pics...###.now after a day of showing owner the pics that are posted he's not answering if he posted his business here or not,since you cannot post pics here I'll tell you what I did,I googled 1001 Knights Schwarma just like you would with any other business Costco,Home Hardware etc,everything comes up ,address ,phone number ,pics,reviews and menu,so like I told him why would I click on website when it clearly says menu.....he saying a customer posted it 8 years ago...I guess the customer is always wrong,if I owned a company I'd make sure what's posted is up to date like there new address,and ya we ate and paid latter because I said something after standing there watching my order get cold,they didn't offer till I said if I wait any longer you can remake my order...he makes it sound like he was doing me a favour...if my granddaughter wasn't with me I would of walked out and as for the rediculous prices you can get two gyro wraps at Highland Halal for the price of one here,sorry you will NOT see me again...worst part of my visit was how ignorant it was of your staff to take the order that was in front of me and pull it all back cause it wasn't paid for cause your machine went down like I'm a criminal and going to steal the food....very ignorant,and I was dining I'm and lastly I just went back on your sight and clicked menu then clicked view menue and I cann it post a pic there so No a customer did not post that...you can only post pics in photos...like I said before the customer is...

I said oh I wait forever tho.. The gentleman then proceed to say that they make the frys fresh.I said I get that , but it's lunch hour , you a have a big lineup. As I'm attempting to pay he gives me change..... Never paid cash keep but okay Then Tells me have a good day Goodbye. Ok then good bye !! I say I'm not done paying but ok I'll just pull my card out and leave . I go to leave and he says you haven't paid. Then proceeds to say that they have the best in town. I'm OK that i have to wait but.. I'm not okay with the ignorance And the way he is on a pedestal that they are the best. It clearly shows in the way you treat people and the attitude you provide to them.It's shameful. At the end I just left without the food!

One of your employees, a young woman who was assisting customers, behaved in a highly unprofessional and aggressive manner. Throughout the interaction, she made unusual and disrespectful facial expressions, which immediately made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
What made the experience worse was her tone of voice and attitude. Instead of speaking politely or offering helpful guidance, she used commanding and harsh sentences, as if she were giving orders rather than assisting a customer. Her entire approach came across as rude, impatient, and completely lacking in basic customer service etiquette.
It was shocking to see someone representing your business behave in such a way, especially when customers expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. This kind of attitude reflects very poorly not only on the individual employee but also on the overall reputation of your store.
