Hello welcome to Wendy's. Can I take your order? Hi there. Can I please get a Dave's Single with just mustard on it? Single? Yes a Dave's Single please with just mustard. Burger? Yes. Ketchup? What? What would you like to drink? I don't want a drink. Just the burger please, no ketchup, just plain with mustard only. Ketchup only? What? No ketchup. What? I. Would. Like. A. Dave's. Single. Burger. No. Combo. No. Drink. A plain burger with only mustard on it. No other toppings. Just the bun, meat patty, and mustard. Your total is $XXXXX please drive up.
I get up to the window, confirm with the worker that it was a plain Dave's Single, not a combo, just the burger, with only mustard on the burger. They confirm that. I pay and pull away. My passenger who ordered the burger opened the bag to be greeted with a plain burger, as requested, and one sachet of mustard. The mustard wasn't even placed on the burger. No napkins. No utensil to spread the mustard on the burger, nothing like that. Just a burger with a small pack of mustard.
I know you put mustard on your burger. How inept do you have to be to put a pack of mustard in a bag and think that is what the customer wanted? I understand there is a language barrier, but if it's that big of a problem that I spent more time explaining the order over and over again to you, than it took to prepare the order itself, than maybe you're in the wrong line of work....
Read moreOrdered through kiosk waited 5 minuets then someone came to the counter got their order taken received their whole 2 person burger meal before I even got my drinks for my order yet. Asked if I could at least get my drinks. Only to find there is no ice in the machine and the pop was flat.... stood back in line waiting for my food for another 10 minuets then asked the employee where my food was... I ordered 2 salads and a wrap... but yet some how the guy who ordered 5 minuets after me for a burger meal with fries got his before me. The employee stated that they were waiting on the chicken. Even though the chicken wrap and chicken salad were siting on the counter.. he asked the girl in the back and they realized they were missing the cob salad. But my order sat there for over 15 minuets while I watch more then one person get their food given to them. No compensation was given. Or even offered. They had 6 employees in the back 3 were in the back room on their phone laughing showing each other videos while there were customers and my order just sitting there. The dinning room was a mess. Garbage left on tables. I was only able to find maybe 2-3 clean tables.. this was a horrible horrible experience at this location therefore I will not be back to...
Read moreJuly 11, me and my family went to this location at around 10:10 pm. We had no idea it closes at 10 pm. We went into the Wendy's through the back door, stood in line, ordered our food, paid $54. First off, the cashier was VERY RUDE, secondly, we were told not to come in if the door is locked, only come to drive thru. We spoke to the manager in charge and he said the cashier has a shift until 10 pm but has to stay until 10:30 pm, (SO SHE IS MAD). Our food was half packed by the cashier, Poutine was left out of bag, and cashier said "your order is ready". Receipt was not provided to us, despite several attempts to ask them to provide us the receipt, (so I was not able to do the online survey for Wendy's) So it was our mistake for trying to get food by paying ($54). #1-Please schedule people accordingly. #2-please retrain your staff to smile and give good customer service. #3-Please tell the manager on duty at closing shift to stop making excuses for his employees.
