THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I came to Quebec I’ve traveled across Canada and have worked at multiple Tim Hortons and this location BY FAR is the WORST. I asked the young girl for more cream in my drink, she stood there and argued with me about the amount she already put when I asked her again she walked away left the window unattended, came back I asked again the girl finally decided to put cream when I asked her to stir the ice coffee with the spoons employees are given to stir drinks the employee shook my drink in front of my face in a condescending manner and proceeded to try to give me my drink I asked her to stir it again at this point I was extremely frustrated and the employee rolled her eyes. Employees should not be allowed to argue with customers or treat them this way. Read moreOnly Tim’s open at 9pm on a Friday in the area. Staff is friendly and gives pretty good service. This location in particular does a great job. This location actually has product availability!! (Big thumbs up). So 5stars to staff, service and product availability!) Otherwise Generally For the rest, well it’s a chain fast food restaurant so it does well for itself without being spectacular but it meets the day to day needs & expectations. UPDATE - I just read a response (to someone else) from a manager/owner for this place and honestly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and how rude and arrogant they where. Staff is CONSISTENTLY rude aside from one very considerate older lady. It gets especially bad during winter when most of their good staff returns to their schooling.
Now you must understand; this is not necessarily the staff's fault themselves. They are underpaid & overworked by this God awful company. PLEASE pay your employees more so you can retain people who are better ambassadors to your business.
The toilets are also pretty gross.
