Restaurant Normandin Lauzon — Restaurant in Lévis

We were in the mood for some pizza and with limited choices due to the time of devening we came here. Our server was friendly however he wanted it known that he was working in pain as he has a wrist brace.

I also asked for a lot of water and did not really appreciate his comment one 2 occasions saying oh wow you are really thirsty.

So on to the food we took the mix entree where we had 3 choice and it was to come with veggies. There was no veggies, no dipping sauce for the tenders, One of the chicken tender was still raw and not fully cooked. The Mozerella sticks were quite small but the spag sauce to dip them in was really good.

We followed this by a pepperoni pizza which was good but the dough was so thin that it became slimy as we progressed eating.

I would return under the same circumstance but would not be my first choice.

Had to wait 1 hour for a club sandwich to go. It was...

Meatpie was good but soup and potatoes were way too salted. It would have been fine if not for the mediocre service. Our waitress kept running around everywhere without doing anything. She came to ask if everything was okay when we wete nearly finished and she just said it as she passed by quickly, clearly distracted. Made us wait 20 minutes of passing our table saying "it won't be long" then completely ignoring us when printing the bills for other tables?? The restaurant wasn't even busy she was just so disorganized and really unpleasant. She got her basic 15% tip but she didn't deserve it at all. Also a cook went to serve himself a pitcher of crush soda from machine in the dining hall...and as he walked back to the kitchen started slurping on it...lack of politness. And it was SO COLD!...

Went there for dinner on a Wednesday evening and the restaurant was not very busy. We waited for at least 20 minutes to order and we ordered our beverages and food at the same time. We then waited for another 20-25 minutes to get our beverages. We finished our drinks and had not seen the waitress or our food for another 30 minutes or more before we decided to just leave and pay for our drinks before our food arrived. We wasted so much time just sitting there, no offer to replenish our drinks and no update on why our food was taking so long. I believe there were only 2 waitresses and a hostess working. We are new to Levis and this was our first and last time at this...
