Thai Express Restaurant La Prairie — Restaurant in La Prairie

Bought the General Thai yesterday and was fairly disappointed. It is my go to dish at this restaurant and I have had it at many other locations so I am accustomed to the taste. Yesterday the taste was totally off and did not want to take a chance so I threw it out. Came here to see if other people were having issues and was suprised to see the negative comments since franchises have quality control.

Order Thai soup.Tastes like dish soap water no spices at all.Also order spring rolls.Noodles uncook with dice carrots + coriander. .Rolls all broken up.Never will go there again.Should close permantely place poor food and flavor.Plus cashier doesn't understand orders nor english or french...Chicken is not even chicken in Thai soup..Don't know what it is...

Pandemic update (since Jun 22): Place is clean, staff wear protective gear and people can still eat inside (makes sense there are not many spaces). The food is still good quality. No delivery, but there is takeout (similar to before the pandemic). I asked since the opening times are odd, but they are only open from 11am-8pm from Tuesdays...
