There was a huge line at the drive thru so I went inside to order. It took so long to serve the group of 4 girls who were there before me because they didn’t speak french and the cashier was struggling to identify what they were trying to order. I ended up helping them translate so it’ll go faster. She ordered a chocolate creamy chill but was given an iced cappuccino instead, and was charged $11.92 without receiving a receipt. It was disheartening as the whole purpose was to encourage her to confidently place her own order, but it led to her not getting what she wanted and being overcharged.
