A must-visit when in Knowlton! I absolutely loved my experience at Ensemble Bar à Vin. The food was outstanding — every dish was beautifully prepared using locally sourced ingredients, and the flavors were both innovative and comforting.

We went as a group and shared a variety of plates, which turned out to be the perfect way to experience the menu. The portions were just right for sharing, and we leaned heavily on the knowledgeable staff for recommendations — they didn’t steer us wrong. The wine and cocktail selection was excellent, and everything was thoughtfully paired with our meal. Some standouts for me were the beet salad, the olive tapenade with focaccia, and the goose pasta — all delicious.

An absolutely exceptional experience in Knowlton! We were a group of five and were wonderfully taken care of by our server, who was warm, attentive, and highly professional. The shared-plate style was perfect for us — we enjoyed the focaccia, a beet salad, arancini, carpaccio and delicious geese pasta. Every bite was a real treat.
