The Fokker DVII first world war fighter plane on display is the only example left in the world covered with its original lozenge camouflage fabric. The only one! You can see other examples around the world in museums like the National Air and Space Museum in the Washington, the Imperial War Museum in London, England, and Canada's National Aviation Museum in Ottawa, but they are covered in reproduction cloth. The curator has staged a number of interesting exhibits and the local speakers are interesting. A wonder part of this museum is the section devoted to children. An area that the kids can feel at ease exploring the way it was in the community over 100 years ago. Very popular.
