STAR PIZZA — Restaurant in Lachute

HUNGRY FAMILY, REFUSED SERVICE!! SHAME ON YOU!! Ordered pizza for Friday night family dinner, and called ahead to confirm if delivery was available in my area. Delivery driver first went to wrong location, approximately 4km from my house. Called them back, gave additional directions, and was told the driver would be there in a couple minutes. Over an hour after first ordering, dinner had still not shown up. Called the restaurant back, and found out that driver was told not to deliver, and to return to the restaurant. Restaurant never called me to tell me anything. I’m standing by the door, with money to pay for pizza that never came, with a hungry family looking forward to pizza for dinner. I was willing to pay the up-charge, but no one ever called me to follow up, even when the driver was less than 10 minutes away from my location WITH MY FOOD!! When I called to complain, whoever answered the phone, simply refused the delivery and hung up on me. Completely...

My hamburger tasted like it was from giant tiger and sauggy, the delivery driver came in and was picking his nails over the food, the poutines were nasty, the cheese tasted like it was sitting out for 3 days same with the sauce 🤮🤢 very over priced for the cheap quality food...

Le livreur a eu l'étrange idée d'aller en arrière du bloc au lieu de passer par la porte de devant. Il a eu peur du chien du voisin et à gâché mes pizzas en les échappant à l'envers, à terre, trempé dans l'eau et il a voulus quand même me les faire payer (ce que j'ai refusé). Le gérant du resto (au telephone) à menacé le voisin d'appeler la police voulant le forcer à payer pour la commande. C'est pas au voisin de payer, ni moi alors que c'est 100% la faute du livreur qui a mal fait son job. J'avait l'habitude de commander ici, mais plus jamais après ça.

Edit: Parce que c'est pas mon chien, mais celui du voisin où le livreur n'avait aucune raison d'aller et il n'a même pas été touché par le chien en plus. Faut savoir prendre la responsabilité de ses mauvais employé au lieu de trouver de...
