Ordered 3 large pizzas for delivery, was quoted $59 with their ‘$5 Off Coupon’. Received a call back about 20 mins later saying our pizzas were about to go out the door but she’d made a mistake and the coupon was for pickup only so it was going to be ‘a little bit more’. Strange that they would call us to tell us this rather than eat $5 mistake but okay, wasn’t expecting a coupon anyway. When pizzas show up, the order is almost $70, +$11 vs the quoted amount. That’s a lot for 3 basic pizzas! On top of that we had ordered a Margherita pizza assuming they had fresh basil, but it turned out to be dried basil which really isn’t the same. You would think when you order a 2 topping pizza that both toppings would be fresh. In my opinion, if you quote a price - calling the customer back right as their order is going out the door is a bad move - on top of that you need to be honest and clear on what the new cost is. We ordered pizza through online for Lake Cowichan for pick-up. We arrived 30 minutws later to find our order had been redirected to Esquimalt. We redid the order and had it changed to be delivered, as we didn't have another 30 min to wait around. When the pizza's arrived (one hour later) there were 3 smalls, instead of the 3 mediums we ordered, one of the pizzas was a completely wrong pizza, and they forgot our drinks. We called and were told they were remaking our full order, correctly, credit us one free pizza and that it would arrive in 20 minutes. I've given multiple chances. After my last try my pizza wasn't cooked properly or covered in any sauce. They said would receive a free one to replace. I decided I'd order lasagna to make it a fair trade. They asked if I would deal with paying for part of my pizza. I said no, I'd already paid for it before.
