Bull's Eye Pizza🍕 — Restaurant in Lasalle

Full disclosure, the pizza is good.

The rest, leaves something to be desired. Delivery is almost always late. A couple years ago, after a 2.5 hour delivery that was attempted after midnight (which we didn't answer, because honestly....we ate something else), we gave up on Bull's Eye.

Fast forward a couple years. Like I said, we like the pizza, so we decided to try again. This time we ordered wings. We were again told that the delivery would be over an hour, as someone called in sick, but weren't too concerned this time as we weren't in a rush, so decided to order anyhow.

The delivery came in roughly an hour. The problem this time, was that our pound of wings, was just over 0.5 a pound. 9.6 ounces to be exact. I understand that food shrinks as it is cooked, but at most, chicken will lost 25%, not 50% of it's weight.

We called, and the employee said that they always (regardless of size) put 7 wings in a pound, per the boss's orders.

We asked to speak with him, and they took our contact info, and said he would call back...but two days later, no call yet.

In short, it's too bad, that proper weights and customer service don't seem very important, as the pizza is good....but there are plenty of places around here to...

Poor customer service, old lady that I seem to get every time is extremely rude but all quality of staff has fallen over the years. Their pizza is okay, we used to get it all the time for years but now with the poor service I am going to Capri which is less than 30 sec away and has great people (Capri staff even gave me a free drink twice for no reason, just being nice!)

At Bull's Eye when I come in to pick up my food and she's eating pizza with people and looks at me with a miserable face because she has to serve a customer. I tell her I placed an order and she makes a snarky remark and gets the food. As I am paying for the order with my card she just walks away to start eating with the people again and doesn't even bother to ask if I want a receipt or say goodbye. The people she was eating with were friendlier to me than her since they at least smiled towards me.

I don't ever write reviews but I had enough of the poor customer service and low quality food that I had to say something. This transaction finally made me decide not to return to the place that we got our family party pizza from every month...

This week they messed up my order so i had to wait over and hour for a new one. On the phone the girl told us they would deliver us a fresh one as well as give us a credit for our next visit which means the pizza would be free. Today i called and the girl was very rude and pretty much said i was lying and that maybe i misunderstood.... I would like to add here that when i was on the phone for the messed up order that day I asked 3 different times to make sure saying "so the pizza you are delivering tonight is free as well as a credit for next time?" She said "yes. It was our mess up and not yours" if you are going to make this promise you should always be able to back it up. This location used to be amazing and now it...
