Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lasalle

I order from this location all the time using the app and they regularly forget to include items on my order. When I call to complain they offer to give me credit for it in my next order or they will try to get a replacement to me “as soon as possible”. I have tried both options. “As fast as possible” means I wait to eat my dinner until a new order can be made, cooked and delivered. The credit option means that this meal is not what I ordered but next time I have to hope they get it right which doesn’t always happen. Tonight I ordered a pepperoni feast pizza with sausage and on half the pizza I asked for green olives. My pizza was just delivered and there is no pepperoni on it at all. I called and they are sending a new one. The guy who answered the phone couldn’t have cared less about the error and said “oh, they must not have noticed you asked for pepperoni”. Really??? On a PEPPERONI FEAST PIZZA??? Given that this is happening more and more we will not be ordering from dominoes anymore and I love their pizza. A sad day but with the excellent options with independent pizza shops locally who actually seem to care about what I order and deliver that to me, Dominoes and I will be...

I went to take a chance of the offer and place order for the today. Yet, I was shocked with the way they are dealing with our health, safety and hygienic measures.

All the employees have NO basic hygienic measures in food handling. No gloves during preparing the dough (no exceptions). The employee receive the order, type on the computer and use same hands to handle the dough.....no gloves 😳😳 I saw the cashier receive cash money with the hands that used for preparation the pizza with no gloves or washing😝😝 You can imagine how many dirty hands handled these money before it landed in her hands. One of them has long disgusting nails with nail polish that is used in handling the food with no gloves. I could imagine how much food, and dirt are lodged and sticking under the nails.🤒😣😩😖

I decided to cancel the order for the safety first, and because I lost the appetite for all pizzas for years to come until I forget the look and appearance of this nasty preparation of the pizza.

I wouldn't recommend it...

I usually have no problems when I order from Dominos but at this location I ordered take away and my marble brownies were cooked upside down and burnt. They were as hard as a rock. I saw this after I got home so I called the store and the lady who cashed me out at 10pm and is supposedly also the manager was challenging me saying that they can be cooked two ways and that they’re not burnt. I told her I have a picture and the brownies here and they are burnt, dry and hard. After arguing she said to drive back and she can can check. I told her I can’t because I drove all the way here and my other food would get cold. She finally said someone will deliver them but to make sure I give her the old ones so she can check to see if they were burnt or not. I don’t get how they messed up my order and are acting like I’m lying or giving them a hard time. It’s been half an hour since I called them and the brownies still aren’t here. Not sure if...
