I truly have a hard time understanding how pizza shops can be so bad. The cheese is some weird lower grade kaft shredded. Cheese. Tomatoes are not even San Marzano (some terrible low grade in a jar). The pizza dough was horrible. Go online a watch how to make a true italian pizza dough and use authentic san marzano tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. I did order the the new York style so double peperoni and cheese, a little lava in the middle but once again it was a double double. No tang in the sauce, the cheese over powers the sauce, all in all i really liked it.
