Benny&Co. Auteuil — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

J'avais hâte de déguster une bonne poutine à cet endroit où je n'étais pas allé depuis un moment. Je suis donc allé au service au volant avec ma femme. J'ai commandé une poutine avec un Pepsi diète, pour un total d'environ $18 J'ai laissé un pourboire de $1,50 $, dépensant presque $20.

À la fenêtre de retrait, j'ai reçu ma commande et je suis parti. Ma femme a ouvert la boîte et n'a trouvé aucun ustensile. Nous sommes retournés au service au volant (il n'y avait personne d'autre que nous). J'ai dit à la fille qu'ils avaient oublié de nous donner une fourchette et qu'il n'y en avait pas dans la boîte. À la fenêtre, une jeune fille blonde/brune avec une queue de cheval ne nous a pas salués, était antipathique et m'a fait la leçon, disant que la prochaine fois, je devrais demander une fourchette à l'avance. Elle m'a tendu la fourchette avec attitude et a claqué la fenêtre.

J'étais choqué et incrédule. Nous étions sur la route en espérant manger rapidement, et cela a ruiné notre appétit.

J'ai garé ma voiture et suis allé à l'intérieur du restaurant avec la boîte de poutine. Deux filles étaient à la caisse, dont celle qui m'avait manqué de respect. J'ai demandé à parler à son patron. Elle m'a demandé pourquoi. J'ai donc répété ma demande une deuxième fois. Elle a finalement appelé un superviseur, un jeune homme poli avec un tablier blanc.

Je lui ai expliqué la situation. Il m'a offert une nouvelle poutine ou un crédit en magasin, que j'ai refusé. Je lui ai dit que mon appétit était ruiné et que la jeune employée avait besoin d'une formation appropriée. J'ai quitté le restaurant sans la poutine et ai demandé au superviseur de la jeter.

Cela s'est passé aujourd'hui, mercredi 17 juillet, vers 18 h. Benny & Co., je ne peux pas croire que vous ayez quelqu'un comme ça qui travaille pour vous. J'étais un client de longue date et j'ai fréquenté plusieurs de vos établissements, et je suis déçu. Ce n'est pas comme ça qu'on parle aux clients ni qu'on les traite. For a small restaurant that mainly known for takeout and delivery this chicken restaurant is really good. And to be perfectly honest it one of the best restaurant chicken I ever had. The chicken is cooked perfectly and nice and fresh and juicy. Their coleslaw and gravy is also pretty good. I enjoyed more than Scores and St-Hubert. There French fries are just ok for being frozen fries. I will definitely come back here, if I am nearby and have a craving for chicken. Just wish they had a franchise near my house so they...

Used to like that place but lots of times I don't get a lot of chicken or fries with my hot chicken and tonight I had to order a salad because they were out of chicken breasts and sauce. The salad barely had any breaded chicken and it was pretty small... Look at the pictures and ask yourself if that is worth 15$! Seriously... I should have left when they said they were out of stuff! I will avoid going there from now on. Sorry, but you probably lost a customer tonight!
