Geisha box, more like trouble box. Extremely poor service. First off, the ask your phone number and promise you a call back when your order is ready. My 140$ order was sitting on the counter while I was waiting outside for a call I never got. As I walked in, nobody interacted with me after clearly seeing me in front of the counter waiting. As I’m sitting down to eat with my friends, I get a call from Boite Geisha telling me my “payment didn’t pass”. I told the guy that I have the proof on my visa it passed and I was sure of it. 2 different bills with 2 different payments. Never ever call a client back to ask for a payment back, very cheap from your part. He asked me to send him the proof on “Facebook Messenger” zero professionalism. I called back to tell them they made a mistake with the order, he was clearly lost and couldn’t answer me. He asked if I could send him the proof by phone number. I accepted, I asked by text message if I could be compensated on my next order with a text message proof for the error. He never got back to me. That’s how you lose clients. I’m a Client Experience Leader at a high end store and I can tell you this is the worse service I ever got. Never going back to this place. I left a $5 tip on the machine for a $20 bill because I genuinely appreciated the staff. But when I asked if the tip goes to the employees, I was told that only cash tips do. That’s really upsetting. I decided to go to the restaurant knowing that the restaurant closes at 10:30pm according to their website. When I arrived there, the restaurant was open and serving some people.
