Burger King — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I ordered directly from the mobile app from BK, my order arrived late and half missing, I called the St Martin restaurant and they said to call DoorDash, but I didn’t order from door dash and I have no trace on my DoorDash app, but yet I can see it on the mobile app , so I spent 100$ + and got scammed, I can’t call DoorDash because they need a trace and restaurant is not refunding, I’m left with no choice but to reverse the charge with My credit card company. I won’t order through the mobile app anymore! Lesson learnt.

Listen, we all know BK is not where it used to be, but I wanted to mention something important, I e been to this place in the past, it was falling behind with competition, but after today’s visit, I changed my mind, a manager always breaks it or makes it, the manager at the store, which I couldn’t catch her name , although she had the name tag on her chest. I totally missed it, to the manager, thank you for serving us today, I’m 45 years old, I’ve been to too many BK’s in my life, you truly stand out from the crowd, you truly define customer service and taking care of business, that extra 1$ or so, cheese that I forgot to add on and wanted it after my order, which would break you but prices that you care , made me put 5 star, our order wasn’t a small order, yes you could have absolutely charged for that cheese, you chose not to, BK still lives people, give this place a try once again. Really disappointed. 19.99$ before taxes for the kingbacon trio. Bacon isnt really tasting or look like bacon at all. Obviously they replaced real bacon by bacon made or really cheap bacon. It looked more like bacon flavored strips of soft plastic. So thin that it look like transparents sheets. Its supposes to be a burger fulled of bacon. It was a false advertising. Not a bacon burger at all. 3 thin slice of fake bacon, tone of cheese between 2 meat patty drowned under a tone of condiments. The bread wasnt even toasted, it was fresh out of the bag or it looked like they just took itbout the bag and build the 'burger' in it. Sad.

The fries was cold and still frozen. it wasnt even cooked properly, neither was golden. The drink was filled with a cup filled of ice to the brim.

Its a huge downgrade, expensive for the qualilty and an insult to call this a meal for the price. Either they should lower the quality and leave the price or they increase the price but leave the damn quality alone..

Instead they increase the price to more expensive and lower the quality to the point where it taste nothing..

Where do i start. Waited 1hr for food until i realized that they never even had my order receipt displayed on their counter, they lost my order. Only one person making the food. One employe looked so lost and had no clue what he was doing. The manager, well, when u see your employe is by himself in the kitchen and is struggling to get food out, then you run to go help him. But no. The only thing that was wow, was the drive thru which was their priority over people waiting 1 hr. I had to get upset and threaten that a bad review will be written and i wanted my money reimbursed. Only after that, they started preparing my order. When we got the food, it was cold and did not taste good. My son couldn’t eat his poutine because it tasted horrible. We were at least 10-15 people waiting an hour for food.
