I was really excited to try this new donut place, but the experience had some drawbacks.

Service: The wait time was frustratingly long—not because of the employees, but because the menu lacks details. It doesn’t describe how the sandwiches come, the type of bread, or even what’s inside them. As a result, every person ahead of us had to ask multiple questions, slowing down the entire ordering process. Waiting 20 minutes just to pay for pre-made donuts is not ideal.

Maybe add one more cashier or adjust the information on the menu so people know what to order in advance (for the sandwiches).

Donuts: Visually, they look incredible! The presentation is super appealing and makes you want to try them all. However, they all taste overwhelmingly sweet. It would be great if they could adjust the sweetness or introduce some savory options to balance things out.

Decent donuts, it’s a new hype, although donuts were extremely fresh, it is slightly different what’s everything on the market, there are some donuts that doesn’t make sense, like the bacon, weird taste on a donut, but props for them trying something new, it’s all about trial and error, I may not like it, but other may. Overall, not bad, decent prices, decent service for the hype, yes you’ll wait in line but you won’t be disappointed, nice to visit from time to time. The main reason it’s not 5 star it’s because the dough wasn’t consistent, although that maybe because it’s busy, but should be always consistent. This is a nice new donut place I tried. I got two dozens so I can try multiple flavours with the family. Their donuts are huge, so one dozen can feed more than 10 people ! The donuts are good, but a bit stuffy. The flavours they offer are pretty nice. I liked the Cookie Monster and Elmo the most. The service is a bit slow tho, so the lines tend to always be long and busy. We had to wait 35 mins before ordering.
